Dissertation Abstracts. A source for information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses. It has more than 1.6 million entries and represents the work of authors from over 1,000 graduate schools and universities. 47,000 new dissertations and 12,000 new theses are added to the database each year. It also includes bibliographic citations for materials ranging from the first U.S. dissertation, accepted in 1861 to Spring 2003. Citations for 1980 forward dissertations include 350-word abstracts by the author. Citations for master's theses from 1988 forward include 150-word abstracts. DOAJ -- Directory of Open Access Journals.  This service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. We aim to cover all subjects and languages. There are now 2047 journals in the directory.
